Reiki means Universal Life Force and is given to a client through a practitioner. Reiki helps the client relax, restore depleted energy as well as to relieve headaches, stress, fatigue, anxiety or depression. Reiki works with a person's natural body wisdom and energetic systems to gently return and remind the person's body of its' natural state being healthy. 

An amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an "attunement" given by a Reiki master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve one's health and enhance the quality of life. 

Its use is not dependent on one's intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds. 

    Kimberly Coleman has been practicing Reiki for 11 years. She was first attuned to Reiki in 1998 by Helen Haberly One of the 11 masters attuned by Takata. In 2002 Kimberly took her Reiki II Training and then began a year long intensive Reiki training to work towards her master level, which she received in 2005. Kimberly has many years of hands on experience working with patients and training students. We are very excited to have her here offering Reiki I, to whoever would like to learn. 

This Class will be held from 1:00pm – 6:00 pm on June 21,2009 at Main Street Chiropratic & Wellness  located at 1344 Main Street Waltham MA 02451.

Cost of the Class is $135.00.  A deposit of $40.00 is required to hold your space in the class. Contact .Please make checks payable to Main Street Chiropractic.
